Returns

Cycling shoes purchased via our website may be returned for either exchange or refund under the following guidelines:

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your shoes for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase.A Return Authorization # is required for any return. Please call us at (800) 804-7777 to request an RA.
Shoes must be unworn with the tags still attached and in the original box. Cleats and/or MudstudsTM may NOT have been installed. A return will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase price of the shoes only.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size shoes, or are unhappy with the color, we will exchange the shoes at no additional cost, other than the difference in price (if any) and shipping costs, up to 30 days from date of purchase. Size recommendations are not a guarantee of fit. Shoes must be unworn with the original tags still attached and in the original box. Cleats and/or MudstudsTM may NOT have been installed on shoes that are being exchanged.
Exchanges are based upon availability.

The RA# should me marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on a copy of the invoice. Note: The LAKE shoebox is not an acceptable shipping box. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the shoes (with the RA marked clearly), as well as a note with your name and contact information with a daytime phone #. A copy of the receipt can be reprinted by logging into your account and into your order history. Please indicate on the note if you would like a return or exchange. If you are exchanging for a different size, please indicate the size you are exchanging for.All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
