Shipping Timeline
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders received after 2pm Central Time typically are shipped the following business day. (Monday-Friday) Orders received after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
Orders are shipped via UPS. Our default shipping method is UPS ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 3-7 days to arrive from the time your order is shipped. You may select other UPS shipping options when placing the order. Transit times are based on business days, Monday through Friday.

If your order absolutely needs to arrive on a certain day, please call Customer Service at (800) 397-6505 from 10am-6pm Central Time and we will gladly discuss your shipping options.
Shipping Costs:
The weight and dimensions of the package as well as the type of UPS service chosen determine the shipping charge.
To view actual shipping costs of an order, simply log into your shopping cart and complete your order. The charge will then be visible during the "Ship and Pay" portion of the checkout. Please note that the UPS calculator is accurate, but it is possible for some variation on the charge to occur when your order is finalized.

APO:
We ship to APO addresses via USPS. Please allow extra handling time for this shipping method. Postage rate will be confirmed and charged to your credit card on file when the shipment is processed. If we believe the cost of the postage is higher than normal, we will contact you via email before shipping.
Tax Rates
Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to all applicable sales taxes.
