Go To Shoe

I switched to flat pedals after my hip surgery and these shoes work perfectly with them. Just grippy and stiff enough, and still comfortable for hike a bike and climbing subways stairs.

But now it's winter so the ventilation is a bit breezy. Please, Lake, make a cold weather version!

MX-1. Size 44 wide

Hard for me to find wide enough shoes, usually take 4E width. Got these and they are just wide enough. Quality built shoe for sure. Walking in them is ok also. Stiffer than tennis shoe, is what you want in cycling shoe. If the shoe fits, quality is there.

MX-1 size 45.5

The MX.1 size 45.5 seemed to fit OK once I loosened the laces to open up the shoe a bit. My feet are wide, but the regular size seems to be OK . The wides, while not being available were also about 1 cm wider, which would have been much too wide. After wearing the 45.5 s on several rides, they seem to be working out OK.
