The Lake CX332 Road Shoe is a classic design with modern elements such as Dual BOA closure & a light weight carbon sole system. The CX332 also draws from the same Thermaform technology as found in the CX403.

The Internal heel counter is heat moldable carbon that gives the option to better customize the heel hold. A secure heel hold will stabilize the foot and eliminate heel slip. A stable foot allows for more power transfer and less fatigue. Form fitting Natural leather upper in combination with the dual BOA closure system ensures that your foot will be secure without needing to over tighten the shoe.

The CX332 utilizes Lake's patented double sole system. The inner sole is a semi flexible fiberglass platform that allows some flexibility at the ball of the foot where the foot tends to swell, and typically hot spots or numbness would occur. The inner sole is suspended over the outer rigid carbon sole. This system enables the CX332 to use an extremely stiff carbon outsole without sacrificing riding comfort.

CX/TX RACE Last – Featuring a slightly more narrow toe box and tighter heel than the Competition last and less overall volume than the Sport last. Designed for very high-cadence riding with a slimmer fit.

Lake Race 100% Carbon Fiber Sole, Lake patent Double Sole. Available in 3 hole cleat pattern or Speedplay specific.

Klite Kangaroo leather and mesh or Clarino Microfiber (White/White Microfiber only). Outlast temperature regulating heel & tongue liner. Internal Heat Moldable Thermaform Carbon Fiber heel counter.

BOA® Fit System Li2 dials. The Li2 dial is the most advanced platform in cycling, offering a precise, micro-adjustable fit in both directions and designed to resist abrasion.

DISCLAIMER: Shoes may ship with IP1 dials

Ahhhhhhh.....Comfort

I have finally found a shoe that fits my foot! I have a wide, low-volume forefoot and suffer from severe metasarsalgia. I have been riding Sidi Mega shoes for almost 20 years. While they "worked" for me, I found that high power output or long rides would flare up the pain in my feet. I literally got to the point that I accepted I would need surgery to relieve the pain and allow me to ride as hard and as long as I wanted to. I've ridden thousands of miles with aftermarket insoles (Specialized, IceBug and Solestar) for the metatarsal bump that they all had. They helped, but never eliminated the pain. 37 days ago, I purchased the Lake CX 332 Extra Wide and rode a century the next day. Stock insoles. Zero pain! I couldn't believe it! I've since ridden almost 700 miles in the CX 332 Extra Wide with no pain, no numbness, no tingling. Simply amazing! The leather is supple and comfortable. Boa system is awesome. Molded the heels, but I'll need to bring the left one in a bit more. As a bike and shoe fitter for years, I never sold Lake shoes, because the shops I worked in didn't carry them. I'm gonna be a Lake customer from now on. Thank you for helping me ride pain free again!

Lake cx332 extra wide

The shoes looked great. The leather felt really nice and supple. Ordered a pair of extra wide shoes hoping that would have a generous toe box but didn't. If you're looking for a wide toe box shoe go with Bont cycling shoes. Also if you're having pain in your metatarsal area the bont's have a flat sole and distributes the pressure equally throughout your foot.

Adam,

Amazing…

Incredibly comfy right out of the box and first time Boa user, a perfect match with leather. Leather gets snug and accustomed to your feet,it feels like wearing a pair of gloves. No need to oven yet,we’ll see.

Finally

A fit that stops the burn and works great. The sole works to spread the load so now I can pedal longer and my toes don’t get mangled. I wish I knew about these before

Great service and really excellent shoes. Had my first ride in them today and could not be happier with them.
