MX-1. Size 44 wide

Hard for me to find wide enough shoes, usually take 4E width. Got these and they are just wide enough. Quality built shoe for sure. Walking in them is ok also. Stiffer than tennis shoe, is what you want in cycling shoe. If the shoe fits, quality is there.

MX-1 size 45.5

The MX.1 size 45.5 seemed to fit OK once I loosened the laces to open up the shoe a bit. My feet are wide, but the regular size seems to be OK . The wides, while not being available were also about 1 cm wider, which would have been much too wide. After wearing the 45.5 s on several rides, they seem to be working out OK.

MX1-size 45

The shoes looked to be good quality, but the size 45 were too small and were returned for a refund

Great shoe

As long as you take the time to measure your foot you will definitely find the perfect fit. I did roll my eyes a little at making the outline and submitting it, but it certainly paid off with Lake's suggestion for sizing. Not only does the shoe look great, the fit is good and the sole is stiff. As stiff as most clipless shoes. Rare bird in flat shoes. Definitely worth the money.

A wide fit delight

As long as you measure your foot and compare it against Lake's chart you can't go wrong. Ignore what your "normal" sizing might be. My shoes fit perfectly as a result and I am very happy.
