CX332 / CX302 REPLACEMENT BIG HEEL PAD KIT

It was very difficult to put in the new heel pad , I think the curvature of the shoe and the heel do not exactly matches. I had to use some tools to shave the heel and then apply a lot of force to get the screw to fit , and also drill the hole to be a bit larger .

I just got the new replacement kit. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with the inner piece that holds the screw in place. If you’ve lost that piece you’re out of luck. Be sure to check under the sole of your shoe that the screw holder is still there before you order because new heals won’t matter if you can’t screw them into shoe.
